Inability to stop eating when full. Using food for comfort (ie, for stress,
depression, etc.). Taking in more calories then you need to be healthy.
Toxins
Possible Candida problem. Congested bowels. Need to cleanse and detoxify.
Digestion
Inability to digest foods and utilize nutrients.
